Do you send tests overseas (outside-UK?)
We can ship to most destinations worldwide. You can see which countries we ship to when you place your order. Select a country and additional courier fees will be shown against the country, ranging from £20 for Ireland and £25 for Europe (via UPS) to £49 for destinations outside of Europe (via DHL). This fee will automatically be added to the order.
You will also be prompted to enter the recipient email address and phone number. This information is required to book the courier and will not be used for any other purpose.
Although test components value is below dutiable rates, duties may be applied at the discretion of the destination country customs, and are payable by the recipient. If duties are payable the courier will contact the recipient directly to request payment to enable delivery.

Currently we don't ship to Canada or Brazil (due to extensive customs regulations) or Russia (due to the international situation affecting courier services).
For returns from overseas, it is the responsibility of the receiver to arrange and pay for the return. We provide approved packaging, labelled to meet customs requirements.
The package is low weight and no special paperwork is required. The return can be via courier or by standard post (a tracked service is strongly recommended). For international clients (beyond Europe) we are able to offer an option return DHL service, which is charged separately - if you require this service please contact us by email as soon as you have placed your order.
As long as instructions are followed - particularly the inclusion of the stabilising capsule in the sample tube - DNA samples are stable for several weeks it is not necessary to use an express service. There are no special storage or transport requirements and you can return any day.
Overseas packages should be returned to Lifecode Gx, c/o WeWork,145 City Road, London EC1V 1AZ, United Kingdom (already labelled as such on the pre-paid envelope).
