When will my reports be ready?

Results are ready about 2 weeks after sample receipt. If you are a practitioner, you can check order and testing progress yourself anytime via the Practitioner Portal. Click the order to view details, and the expected date is shown at the top of the page. You will also be notified by email when the reports are ready to download. Once a report is available, the report name can be clicked to open/download the report in the Reports Ordered section. You will also then have the option to book a 30 minute support call if needed.

If you are a client, please check with your practitioner for updates. We'll email your practitioner when your reports are ready, and they will be in touch to share them with you and book an appointment.
