Refund Policy

If you change your mind in the first 14 days after ordering and return the unopened test kit to us, we will issue a refund for the order less a £10 admin fee and less any postage costs we have incurred.

Requests must be made by emailing the following information to us at team@lifecodegx.com:

• Order reference
• Client Id
• Practitioner name

Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used to place the order.
