Christmas Holiday Period 2025

We will be closed from Monday 22nd December to Friday 2nd January. During this time we will not be providing practitioner support or actively monitoring email. Business will resume on Monday 5th January.


Samples can be returned throughout the Christmas period (the sample will be stable for many weeks as long as the stabilising capsule is included in the tube with the swab).


Please ensure that samples are returned to us before 9th December for lab work and reports to be processed before the Christmas break.
