Can I add more reports to an existing test?
You can add extra reports later, up to 6 months from the date of the original test. If you are a practitioner, open the order in the Practitioner Portal and click the green 'Add Reports' button next to the existing reports.This will generate a payment link that will be emailed to you or the client, depending on who pays. Once the payment is received, the new reports will be ready within 2 working days, and you will automatically be notified by email that they are available in the portal.
If you are a client, please discuss adding extra reports with your practitioner.
After 6 months, the Add Reports option will not be available and a new test will be required.
